The ConvergeConnect system requirements made it clear that customers should download the software before plugging in the device.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ConvergeConnect Install and Setup Guide<\/strong> \u2013 This version includes visuals of the ConvergeConnect installation process and instructions for configuring Converge.
