If you\u2019re using phone-banking services you can register your voiceprint with the company instead of using a regular password. A special voice biometrics technology will analyze a customer\u2019s voice when they call the bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 10.5pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #444444;\">Customers using Apple\u2019s Touch ID will be able to access their accounts on their mobile phones using their fingerprint. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 10.5pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #444444;\">Customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, and France will have the technology by the end of the year. Other markets will follow in 2017 and 2018.
